Terms of service

By using tarastore you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.

tarastore provides browser-based tools to compress, convert, crop and rotate images. All processing happens on your device. The service is provided free of charge and without any usage quota, but we may change, limit or discontinue features at any time.

You keep every right you already had in the images you open. We claim no licence over your files because we never receive them.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to edit and export the images you process, including any copyright, model or trademark permissions.

You agree not to use tarastore to:

• process content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service;
• redistribute the service as your own commercial product without permission.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Because tools run locally, browser support, available memory and very large files can all affect results - particularly on older mobile devices.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Always keep an original copy of any image before exporting an edited version.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tarastore and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, images or profits arising from your use of the service.

The tarastore name, interface design and source code remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not grant you a licence to use our branding.
